The Place of CONTEMPLATION:
Wetlands - The Place of Contemplation.
Follow the creek on the opposite bank, along the grassed valley until you come to the wetlands. Stop at the wetlands. There is a bench if you need to rest, once you are settled, consider how you are feeling on your journey. “Use the surroundings to connect with the spirit of the place. Picture a wetland in your mind and consider the vast diversity of life that it supports. Sometimes things that look worthless or simple have great value for those who chose to look/search for the value. Consider the real richness and fullness of your own life. Think about planning things you can do to deal with the issues confronting you in life. Think about developing an action plan to deal with those things you have control over. Check if your actions will act to sustain growth in your life and others. Work your issues through in your mind until you feel satisfied that you can deal with them and take control of your life.
